Taught by:
Work small, but learn big in a short time! Create miniature but mighty pieces from a handful of materials using time-honored metalsmithing techniques. Small scenes or sculptures can be inspired by anything: architecture, textiles, or scenes from everyday life, for example. Students will learn about creating dimension and form by working on small scale projects, quickly learn the techniques, and be able to apply them to future projects of all sizes. Previous soldering and piercing experience required.
