Metal Skin, Surface & Texture

Metal can take on many guises through the thoughtful manipulation of its “skin.” Learn how to use basic processes in more complex ways and create rich surfaces on non-ferrous metals. Explore techniques including hammer textures and stamping, roller printing, basic inlay, tool making, ferric chloride etching, and basic coloring. Beginners are welcome in this fast-paced weekend workshop.
