Mark Making on Textiles

In this experimental workshop, learn how to create abstract art on any natural fabric, including cotton, linen, denim, silk, or wool. Experiment with nontraditional tools, such as found objects, rocks, pine cones, and more, to make unique marks on textiles using fabric paint. Learn how to use rusted objects to make permanent marks. Create at least one sample book to be used as a future reference for mark making. No supply fee; an instructor kit fee of $30 is payable during the class.
