Fundamentals of Creating Metal Clay Jewelry

Learn the ins and outs of working with metal clay with step-by-step instructions while finding your own style and artistic voice. Both the copper and silver clay materials can be manipulated by molding, carving, and texturing. Using this malleable material, it’s easy to create pendants, earrings, and beads. Once fired, the metal components can be finished with traditional metalsmith techniques and combined with copper or silver findings or strung to make beautiful jewelry. Open to all levels! No supply fee; students will purchase materials from instructor based on individual usage, approximate cost $110 - $135.
