Capture the colors of New England fall in glass! Beginner and intermediate students will use heat, gravity, and molten glass to grow sunflowers, sculpt acorns or pumpkins, make leaf-shaped beads or candy corn, and much more. Techniques will include sunken and raised petals, using complex twisted stringer and cane, layering, silver and copper foil, frit, and much more. Students will leave with new skills, inspiration, and treasures of the season made from glass. No supply fee; glass rods and silver wire will be available for purchase in class.
