Colored Light: The Chromatic Delights of Stained Glass
Stained glass changes the color of sunlight in a way that no other medium does. Students will learn to harness the power of glass and light and leave the week with something that will bring smiles for decades. Learn basic glass cutting and shaping, foiling and soldering, as well as other associated techniques. Demos, discussions, and examples will be a daily staple. Students will make a small piece intended to hang in a window, either of their own design or using a supplied design.
