Tony Serviente was born in the Wonder Bread Suburbs of New Jersey and survived by escaping into electronics, unicycling, and jazz. After high school, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard, and four years later left the service and worked in electronics. After a freak electrical storm, he took a Stained Glass class that opened his eyes to a new muse. Tony attended Pilchuck and Camp Colton glass schools and then went to work on kiln forming techniques. 40 years later and he hasn’t slowed down. Tony currently works in kiln formed glass, stained glass, painting on glass, and whatever else furthers his interests and inspirations.
