Libby Leuchtman has been making glass beads for over 20 years. Taking classes from the top beadmakers in the US, she started teaching in her own studio in 2001. In 2007, she made the jump to become the Director of Flameworking at Third Degree Glass Factory in St. Louis MO. She developed the teaching curriculum and manages the Flamestudio in addition to teaching throughout the US. Her beads are in the collections of the Kobe Glass Art Museum and Corning Museum of Glass. She has lectured and taught for the International Society of Glass Beadmakers and has appeared in several articles and books.
