Julian De La Garza is a recent graduate of the MFA program at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and has been making and selling jewelry in his studio in Rhode Island professionally for over ten years. He teaches at his studio and at other locations in the Northeast. His pieces often reference mourning jewelry and reliquary objects, and he is especially known for his ring designs. He also incorporates gemstones and alternative materials in his work, utilizing 3D printing and hand carving techniques to create his unique pieces.
