Janet Dalecki has been working with glass for 20 years. She received her B.F.A. from Alfred University in 2002 with a concentration in glass. In 2004 Janet moved to Corning, NY where she began working for several privately owned glassblowing studios and independent artists. In 2008 she began working and teaching at The Corning Museum of Glass, where she still teaches and sells her work at the gift shop. Janet’s overall love for art has lead her to pursue other self- taught creative processes when not in the glass studio including paper art. In 2017, Janet produced an array of paper flowers that were ultimately showcased at her own wedding as bouquets, boutonnières, escort cards and overall venue and table décor.
