Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Anyone who cancels by May 15, 2023, for any reason, can receive a full refund, less a $500 cancellation fee, and the non-refundable application fee.
- After May 15, there are no refunds or credits for cancellations, late arrival or early departure, for any reason.
- If a student is required to leave the program due to alcohol or drug use or other disruptive behavior, no refunds will be given.
-
In the unlikely event that Snow Farm must cancel the 2-week program before it starts, all payments (except the application fee) will be fully refunded or held as a credit for the next year. If a full cancellation occurs during the program, refunds/credits will be pro-rated. If any studio is cancelled unexpectedly, before or during the program, Snow Farm will provide a comparable alternative.
