Development Manager Position

Snow Farm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Development Manager who has a proven track record to actively make our fundraising flourish.  A successful candidate will have a solid foundation in fundraising methodology, including analyzing giving data, and be confident with donor stewardship, cultivation, and engagement; a successful candidate will believe in Snow Farm’s mission and the importance of giving.

This position will actively manage and grow the Annual Fund, Scholarships & Access Program Funds, Sponsorships, Business/Corporate Gifts and assist with writing grants. A successful applicant will have a proven fundraising track record, excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated, optimistic, and determined. This position reports to the Executive Director and co-manages a Marketing & Development Assistant.

Seasonal Positions: 

Snow Farm is hiring multiple kitchen staff in multiple roles. Kitchen positions run from April - October, with the opportunity to return for future seasons.

Executive Sous Chef

Snow Farm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at a seasonal residential crafts school. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Dining Director to assist in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. This role requires a creative and innovative approach to cooking, as well as strong leadership skills.

Lead Cook

The lead cook prepares meals based on recipes/menus provided by the kitchen manager, keeps the kitchen clean and organized, checks and organizes incoming orders, and leads kitchen assistants through the shift. Previous cooking or catering experience is required. Successful candidates will also be flexible, energetic, organized, and maintain a meticulously clean kitchen.
