Kitchen Staff - Seasonal

Kitchen positions run from April - October, with the opportunity to return for future seasons.

Lead Cook:  The lead cook prepares meals based on recipes/menus provided by the kitchen manager, keeps the kitchen clean and organized, checks and organizes incoming orders, and leads kitchen assistants through the shift.  Previous cooking or catering experience is required. Successful candidates will also be flexible, energetic, organized, and maintain a meticulously clean kitchen. ServeSafe certified is a plus. Shifts are 7am-2pm, or 2pm – close (usually around 9pm). Pay is $16-20, depending on experience. Benefits include meals on shift, paid sick time, end of season bonus, and when vested, a free craft workshop. Snow Farm will provide the necessary paperwork for seasonal layoff unemployment at the end of the season.

Kitchen Assistant: The kitchen assistant prepares the salad bar, assists in serving meals, assists the Lead Cook as requested, washes dishes, and helps clean the kitchen. Experience in a kitchen is helpful but not required. Seeking candidates who are happy to learn, can jump in wherever needed, and are pleasant to work with. Shifts are 8am-3 or 3-close. Pay is $15-16, depending on experience. Benefits include meals on shift, paid sick time, end of season bonus, and when vested, a free craft workshop. Snow Farm will provide the necessary paperwork for seasonal layoff unemployment at the end of the season.

Housekeeping - Seasonal

Full and part-time positions are available from March - December, with reduced hours January – March and/or the necessary paperwork for seasonal layoff unemployment.  Currently seeking Housekeeping Staff to work as a team cleaning the Snow Farm campus, including dining/common areas, dorm-style bathrooms, dorm rooms, and administrative offices. Successful candidates will work well independently, and as part of a small team; be detail-oriented, conscientious, and open to feedback; be available to work weekends; and have reliable transportation. Pay is $16-18, depending on experience. Benefits include meals on shift, paid sick time, end of season bonus, and when vested, a free craft workshop. Workshop Coordinator - Seasonal

The workshop coordinator is the face of Snow Farm for guests during a program. If you have great people skills, enjoy the satisfaction of problem-solving, and seek a non-tradional schedule, this may be the role for you. Candidates familiar with the Snow Farm magic are especially welcome!

Marketing Design Intern - Summer and/or Fall

The successful candidate will learn about the nonprofit arts marketing and adminstration, develop your portfolio, and make valuable contacts in the field. If you are an undergrad or recently finished college and you have creative design skills, we want to meet you!  This is internship is part-time and can be for credit or hourly wage.
