Cancellation Policy

Snow Farm's cancellation policy is based on being fair and reasonable to students while also limiting the risk and losses to Snow Farm.

  • Cancellations three weeks or more from the start of a workshop session can receive a full refund (tuition, housing, meals, supplies) less a $75 cancellation fee, per workshop. The $35 registration fee (paid once per year) is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within three weeks of a workshop's start date are not eligible for any refunds (tuition, housing, meals, supplies). In unexpected and unavoidable emergencies, please give us a call.  
  • Once a workshop is in session, there are no refunds or credits for early departure, late arrival, or missed class for any other reason.

If Snow Farm cancels a workshop due to low enrollment, registered students will be notified three weeks prior to the start date and all fees paid will be refunded. If Snow Farm cancels a class before it begins for any other reason, all fees paid will be refunded. In the unlikely event a workshop is cancelled or disrupted after it begins, the amount of missed class time will be pro-rated as credit towards a future class.
