2024 Registration Opens This Week

Registration opens at 8:00am on Thursday, January 11.  The Snow Farm staff will be in the office to assist you, as needed.  We are as excited as you are to see your names and faces fill our workshops! 

• Registering through the website is the fastest way to get into the classes you want.
• To create an orderly process for serving everyone fairly, all calls will go to voice mail, and we will return calls in the order they are received. This means you do not have to call more than once! We will get back to you as soon as possible, and calling a second time will only result in a second, later message.
• To register online, you will need to login to your account during checkout. If you have previously taken workshops at Snow Farm, you have an account. Test your login before registration opens and reset your password, if necessary. Please avoid making a duplicate account; let us know if you have any problems (info@snowfarm.org or 413-268-3101). You can access your account from the top right corner of any page on our website.
• If you don't already have an account, you will create one when you register. If you wish, you can set it up in advance.
• NEW: Friends or family members who wish to share a room can now reserve their room during online registration. "Doubles" no longer need to be reserved by phone. All standard rooms (previously called "singles") can accommodate 2 people. When reserving a room for two, one person purchases the standard room, which includes a full meal plan, and the second person purchases just a meal plan. More details about housing here.

• If you have a gift certificate, you must call (413-268-3101) to register. On January 11th, we will have staff members in the office beginning at 8am to assist you.
• If you have a credit, we will send you a separate email with directions about how to use it during registration.
• If you are a Craft Champion with early access (gave a gift of $1000 or more in 2023), you will receive a separate email on Tuesday with directions. If you think you are a Craft Champion and do not receive the other email, please let us know ASAP.
