Art & Wellness: A Retreat for the Mind, Body & Soul

Special for 2021, Snow Farm is offering a unique opportunity to explore creativity and wellbeing. The Art and Wellness Retreats will feature half-day, intensive studio workshops (each student chooses one workshop), ample open studio time, and an array of complimentary activities in support of wellness for the mind, body, and creative spirit.

These retreats grow out of a belief that self-exploration and care, learning new things, and allowing curiosity to blossom are the ways in which people replenish and grow. If you’ve had a Snow Farm experience in the past, you will certainly recognize the benefit of nurturing creativity and connecting with others.  The new Art and Wellness Retreats open up a more holistic integration of body and soul, just when we need it more than ever.

Daily yoga and movement practices - appropriate for all levels and bodies – will provide opportunities to deepen the connection with breath, body, and vitality. Guided mindfulness activities including meditation, arts, writing, and nature-based experiences will bring participants into the present moment. Together, learning, making, movement, meditation, and being in nature will relieve stress, encourage self-understanding and compassion, and inspire joyfulness. Sessions with limited capacity will require sign-up approximately one month before the program.  Music, bonfires, and precious down time for restoration will round out the retreat..

Art and Wellness: A Retreat for the Mind, Body and Soul is offered twice: a 5-day format May 16-21 and a 4-day version September 16-19.
