Waiver of Liability

As a condition of enrolling in the Snow Farm program, students and parents or guardians agree to assume all risk for personal injury or loss of or damage due to personal property and further agree that it will not hold Snow Farm responsible or liable for any personal injuries that may be suffered or theft of or damage to any personal property that may occur.
