Winter Class Registration
Class
size is limited (average 8 - 12 students) in order to
allow you lots of work space, maximum accessibility
to equipment, and plenty of personal interaction with
instructors. Workshops fill quickly! Please apply early
to ensure a space. Registrations will not be taken over
the phone except where payment is being made by credit
card. Registrations cannot be held without a full payment.
All cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed
to our business office in Williamsburg. Snow Farm will
refund tuition, less a $40 withdrawal fee, for any participant
who sends written cancellation of enrollment 3 weeks
before the workshop is scheduled to commence. There
will be no tuition refunds for any cancellations less
than 3 weeks before the scheduled date of a workshop
because of our obligations to our instructors. There
is no return or pro-rating of fees for early departure
from or late arrival to a workshop, regardless of the
cause of departure.
If
it is necessary for Snow Farm to cancel a course for
any reason all registered students will be called
and offered the option of another course during the
same workshop schedule or a full refund of all deposits.
If it is necessary for Snow Farm to postpone a class
due to inclement weather, participants will be notified
in a timely manner and informed of class rescheduling.
Sorry, but we can't be responsible for non-refundable
airline tickets or, should we need to cancel a workshop,
refunding the tuition of a friend or spouse who may
accompany a student in the canceled course.
Waiver
of Liability: As a condition of enrolling in the
Snow Farm Program, students and staff agree to assume
all risk for personal injury or loss of or damage to
personal property and further agree that they will not
hold Snow Farm responsible or liable for any personal
injuries that may be suffered or theft of or damage
to any personal property that may occur. |
