Refund Policy

Once a student is accepted to Snow Farm, deposits and fees are refundable, less a $80 registration fee up to April 1, 2010. After this date, there will be no refund or reduction in fees (including deposits, tuition, studio, field trip and laundry fees) for cancellation, late arrival, or early departure for medical or other reasons. Snow Farm reserves the right to send a student home for use of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, as well as problematic behavior or lack of commitment to the program or people involved.

The High School Program Director has the sole discretion in determining whether any student has:
1) violated Snow Farm’s alcohol or drug policy,
2) has engaged in other problematic behavior,
3) has demonstrated a lack of commitment to the program or people involved. The decision of the High School Program Director will be final and binding on the student and his or her parent or guardian.

If a student is required to leave the program due to alcohol or drug related problems, problematic behavior, lack of commitment or any other reason, including, but not limited to, a student’s disaffection with the program, there will be no refund of any fees paid for any sessions the student has enrolled in, including, but not limited to the full Summer Session.
