Dan Paret

“I find satisfaction in the making of functional objects that people will use or encounter daily.  Working in a craft tradition that values functional objects carefully made, it is my hope that people who own and use my pieces will connect with me through my work, and experience with me the intimacy of simple, useful things.” Dan Paret has been a wood worker for nearly 30 years and since 2003 has been working exclusively with hand woodworking tools. He teaches at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.
