LESLEY HANSARD is co-owner of Hansard Welsh Design, makers of hand felted 100% merino sheep's wool hats and accessories. Lesley and her partner Rebecca Welsh hand felt and hand form their hats, bags and wearable clothing. Hansard Welsh Design shows their hats throughout the country and won many awards including Chicago 2001 ACC-Honorable Mention, 1999 American Craft exposition, Evanston, IL-Artist Expression Award and 1999 CATC Wearable Award. Lesley and Rebecca have also been featured on the Martha Stewart Living show.
