KATE CATHEY

KATE CATHEY received her MFA in Metal Design from East Carolina University (2004) where she studied with Linda Darty, focusing on contemporary enameling techniques.  Her work has been published in several books, including 500 Metal Vessels, 1000 Rings and The Art of Enameling (Lark Books).  Her work is frequently featured in national juried exhibitions.  She is passionate about color and loves teaching others the art of fusing glass to metal!
