JEANNE KUNZE is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art with a degree in Painting and Illustration.  She taught Advanced Placement Studio, Advanced Placement Art History and Portfolio Preparation classes for many years before retiring from Public High School teaching.  She now concentrates on exhibiting her Botanical Illustrations and teaching adults this scientifically correct style in various media.  She has had solo exhibits in addition to inclusion in juried exhibitions.  She has been honored with awards from The American Begonia Society and the Massachusetts Orchid Society for her work.  She is an active member of the American Society of Botanic Artists and the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators and their New England chapters.
