Have you ever struggled to get that special "sparkle" from dichroic glass into your beads? Beth has more than 15 years of experience in creating intricate layers and designs in her beads. Beth will share with you some of the techniques you need to unleash the magic and create pieces that will glow from within. In this class, we will explore several ways to use dichro, including making stringers, cutting chips and layering different colors for increased depth of color and pattern. We will also have the opportunity to experiment with newly developed varieties of dichro from CBS - from "crinklized" to patterned to dichroic coatings that have no glass. Previous experience with dichroic glass is not necessary, however, this is a class for intermediate beadmakers.
