A hands-on workshop that covers the many exciting techniques of glazing including: dipping and pouring, wax resist, layering, inlay, brushing, spraying and more. Learn about mixing and developing your own glazes for different firing temperatures and atmospheres as well as how to get the most out of commercially available glazes. Bring your own bisqueware or purchase bisqued tiles when you get to Snow Farm. Firing will be at cone 6

Sharon Pollock Deluzio is known for her mastery of both glaze chemistry, ceramic decorating techniques and her commercial tile work. For many years she has been on the continuing education faculty of both RISD and UMASS Dartmouth.You can contact Sharon at spollockdl@aol.com.
