This class will focus on the technique of constructing sculptural forms made of small diameter glass rods assembled in mesh-like structures. While the actual technique of working the glass is relatively simple, the logic can be quite complex. This means that technical experience in glass is not important while an active imagination is. Students will learn the basics and then create their own original sculptures with the guidance of the instructor. Open to any level of experience including beginners.
