Create dynamic surface decoration incorporating both impressed and embossed surfaces. In this 3 day workshop we will explore form using patterned and textured slabs of clay. A variety of found and handmade tools will be incorporated to create these surfaces. This is a hands-on workshop with a series of demonstrations. Learn how to form slabs of clay into mugs, pitchers, vases and bowls using a variety of hand building techniques.
