Glassblowing is an exciting and mesmerizing process, as you watch the transformation of the glass from glowing honey to glittering solid. Students will learn the use of tools, gathering techniques and how to blow basic forms such as cups, bowls and paperweights along with attaching handles and feet. With one-on-one instruction, students will have an opportunity to complete a number of pieces. This class is part of the Intergenerational Weekend and is open to ages 13 and above.
