Weeklong Art InDepth
Our Art InDepth students enjoy five days to totally immerse themselves in their media. The workshops combine 25 hours of formal instruction with studios open 24 hours a day, though due to safety considerations, open studio time is scheduled by the instructor for some workshops.
Students range in age from 18 to over 80 years old. Often our InDepth programs run right before or after an Intensive weekend. This offers a great opportunity to enroll in two or even three consecutive programs.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and mailed, e-mailed or faxed to our business office address. Snow Farm will refund tuition, less a $75 withdrawal fee, for any participant who sends written cancellation of enrollment 30 days before the workshop is scheduled to commence. There will be no tuition refunds for any cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled date of a workshop because of our obligations to our instructors and housing reservations. There is no return or prorating of fees for early departure from or late arrival to a workshop, regardless of the cause of departure.
If it is necessary for Snow Farm to cancel a course for any reason, all registered students will be notified two weeks or earlier before the start date and offered the option of another course during the same Art InDepth week or Intensive, or a full refund of all deposits including the registration fee. Students who are flying should check on enrollment numbers before purchasing airline tickets. Sorry, but we can’t be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets.
