Why People Come:
Snow Farm is a special place where students can come for solace and rejuvenation while learning a craft from master craftspeople. The staff at Snow Farm embraces the creative magic that is the heart of the New England Craft Program.

The artistic foundation and spirit of community that make Snow Farm a unique learning experience is at the center of life at Snow Farm.

A Snow Farm participant shared these thoughts on completion of her workshop “if more people gathered to share art in this way—or the sharing of music, sports, or ideas, fewer people would have the inclination to devise ways to destroy life. Then all people might be able to have the necessities of life—food, shelter, peace and art.”
