Accommodations

Staying at Snow Farm changes a typical workshop experience into a true creative retreat.  We provide simple housing, hearty homemade meals, 50 acres of nature, and the company of inspiring people.  Many students describe Snow Farm as summer camp for grown-ups!

We have four dorm buildings and one cottage for student accomodations.

Each dorm has double rooms along a central hallway with an open-air roof and a centrally located, single-sex bathroom with hot showers; the co-ed dorm has separate bathrooms for men and women.

There are three housing options in the dorms:

  • Double room:  Each room has two single beds with linens, a table and lamp, a shelf unit, and wall pegs for hanging clothes.  Students can request a roomate at the time of registration or we can assign one.
  • Single room:  Exactly the same as the double, but for one person.
  • Deluxe single room:[nbsp] Two larger dorms have been gussied up with a comfy chair, a desk and some extra decor.  A private bathroom joins the two rooms.

The Cottage

Tucked into a corner of the property near the dining hall, the Cottage offers one bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom (shower only), a sitting room, kitchenetter, and a small outdoor seating area. If two people stay in the Cottage, the second person pays for the workshop and meals only.  To complete a Cottage reservation for two people, please call the office to add-on the meals.

If you would like to check out other lodging options in the Snow Farm area, try the Hampshire Hills Bed and Breakfast Association or the Northampton Chamber of Commerce.
